Coaching

What is coaching, and how can it benefit me?

The primary objective of coaching is to support clients in gaining clarity, identifying and overcoming obstacles, and developing strategies to achieve their desired outcomes. Comprehensive Transformation Coaching combines various techniques, such as NLP, systemic work, and old and new spiritual techniques, to provide effective results tailored to your needs.

How does the coaching process work?

To get started, you can book an intake connection call through the provided link. During this call, we can get to know each other and discuss your situation. Once we've had our initial call, you can book your first session right away. After your first session, we’ll discuss whether you want to continue with a full trajectory or book a few single sessions. The invoice for your session will be sent to you two weeks after your first session.

What can I expect from a coaching session?

My intention is to help you move forward and overcome any obstacles you may be facing. Through various techniques, we can tap into your energy and gain renewed insights. My sessions help you get out of your head and connect with your mind, body, and soul. It's a heartwarming experience that offers a different approach to help you better understand yourself. Ultimately, I wish to empower you with the tools and mindset to maintain positive energy and clarity in any situation.

What's the difference between coaching and therapy?

Coaching is a process that aims to assist individuals or groups in defining and achieving specific personal or professional goals. Coaches work closely with their clients to enhance their performance, unlock their potential, and develop skills and strategies that help them succeed in the future. Coaching is centred around future-oriented and solution-focused approaches.

On the other hand, therapy, also called counselling or psychotherapy, focuses primarily on addressing and resolving emotional, psychological, and mental health issues. Therapists help their clients explore past experiences, emotions, and behaviours to better understand and heal from psychological distress or mental health conditions.

As a coach, it's essential to respect the boundaries and limitations of your training and not overstep into the realm of therapy. If a client needs to work through past experiences impacting their current situation, they must do so with the help of a qualified therapist.

Can I continue coaching if I'm not satisfied with the progress?

My coaching is to suit your specific goals and needs. If, for any reason, you feel that we are not a good fit or wish to discontinue the coaching process, we must discuss this. Every situation is unique and requires an appropriate solution. Rest assured, as your coach, I am committed to working with you to find the best solution for you!

Systemic Work / Family Constellations

How long does a family constellation session take?

It's important to note that a family constellation session is not limited to a fixed duration. Typically, it takes around an hour to obtain the necessary insights, although the process can sometimes be faster or slower depending on the individual's level of resistance. Regardless, the key takeaway is to identify where the energy blockage is occurring and determine what actions are needed to restore the natural flow of energy.

Should my family be there?

Contrary to the name, your family members don't need to be present during the session. Instead, you can gain valuable insights by working with representatives, objects, and floor anchors, which are all part of the systemic interventions involved in this type of work.

What is systemic work, and how does it differ from other forms of therapy or coaching?

Systemic work, also known as family constellations or systemic therapy, aims to explore and resolve deep-rooted, intergenerational, and systemic dynamics within families, organizations, and other social systems. Unlike traditional therapy and coaching, it is based on the idea that individuals are interconnected within larger systems and seeks to uncover hidden dynamics and loyalties within those systems. This approach often involves representing family members or elements of the system using representatives. It aims to bring healing and balance to the system by resolving systemic issues such as conflicts or unresolved grief. The primary goal of systemic work is to reveal and heal systemic issues, leading to greater harmony within the family or organization and outcomes such as improved relationships, increased awareness, and a sense of belonging.

What are family constellations, and how can they benefit me?

The family system we are born into significantly impacts our lives, even if we are not always aware of it. Understanding our place in this system can help us navigate life with less resistance. Family constellations can reveal what needs to be addressed in order to achieve harmony and improve our relationships with those around us.

How can I prepare for a systemic session or constellation, and what can I expect?

Reflecting on the specific issue or question you want to address during the constellation can help you clarify your intention and what you hope to achieve. Writing down a list of questions or concerns related to the issue you're exploring can help you stay focused during the session.

If you need to share any relevant information about your family, organization, or system with the facilitator or participants, it's best to collect it in advance. This can help better understand your situation and provide more effective support.

Suppose the constellation involves representing family members, colleagues, or system elements. In that case, it's important to consider who or what needs to be represented to get the most out of the experience.

Constellation work can be emotionally intense, so it's important to be open to experiencing and expressing your emotions. It's also important to understand that constellations may not provide immediate solutions or complete resolutions to complex issues. Instead, focus on gaining insights and awareness to guide your next steps.

Trusting that the systemic session or constellation will guide you toward the insights you seek is important. Be patient with the process and remain open to the work's insights and shifts in energy.

Tarot

What is Tarot?

Tarot cards are a fascinating collection of archetypes used to gain insight and guidance on various aspects of life. The cards' meanings and symbolism can be used for self-reflection, helping you better understand yourself and the world around you. Whether seeking answers to specific questions or simply exploring your psyche, tarot can be a powerful tool for personal growth and self-discovery.

It's like having a conversation with your best friend, only a bit more direct.

Can there be someone else in the room?

The focus will be entirely on you during the reading, and it's all about you! So, if you feel comfortable inviting someone to join you, it won't be a problem at all.

Can I record the reading?

I always recommend recording the reading. Much information is coming your way simultaneously, so it is very nice to listen to it again later and gain new insights you had not initially noticed.

Can I ask questions?

There is always room for questions both during and after the reading. Of course, I keep an eye on the time. I always make sure that what is not understood becomes clear.

When is it a good time for a reading?

Whenever you feel a shift in energy, it is an ideal time to check in with the cards. An example of this is your birthday, New Year, new season, important event in your life, or important choice you want to make.

How often can you do a reading?

Tarot readings can be done regularly and on a variety of topics. There's no limit to the insights that can be gained from them, but giving yourself time to process and integrate the information from previous readings is essential. Tarot is a powerful tool for connecting with your intuition, and when you're feeling uncertain or seeking confirmation, a reading can be very helpful.

I want to learn to read Tarot myself. How do I start?

There are indeed many options when it comes to tarot decks and books. However, trust your intuition and go with what feels right for you. Visiting a spiritual store can be a great way to explore your options and see which decks speak to you. While it's helpful to have a basic understanding of the symbols and meanings of each card, it's important to also listen to what emotions and feelings they bring up for you personally. With practice, you will become more comfortable and familiar with your cards over time.
