A family constellation is a powerful therapeutic technique that can help uncover and transform recurring patterns and dynamics within family relationships. It's often referred to as the shamanism of the West, and for good reason.
At first, I was quite sceptical about the idea of strangers representing the energy of someone from my family. It seemed like a bit of a theatre play to me. After participating as a representative in someone's family constellation, I discovered the amazing world of systemic work that completely won me over.
My mission is to guide others with love and confidence in their system, whether within their company, friend/partner relationships, or system of heritage: Your family. With 1-1 sessions or group sessions, the insights and healing that follow a systemic intervention are truly one of the most beautiful experiences I know.

Since November 2023, Anne van Laarhoven and I have been leading family constellations in the heart of Amsterdam. Our sessions accommodate up to three question submitters; participants can also engage as representatives. Family constellation is a therapeutic approach to unveiling, exploring, and transforming recurring patterns, dynamics, or relationships.
